Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers, providing accurate product information and answering queries
Conduct sales transactions, including cash handling and processing of website and phone orders
Cross-sell and upsell products to meet sales targets
Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring shelves are stocked and displays are attractive
Handle merchandise returns and customer feedback, providing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
Stay informed about new products and promotions, effectively communicating them to customers
Assist with visitor information about German Village, Columbus, and Ohio
Perform plant care and maintenance duties
