Shipping policy

Shipping cost and times are determined by USPS/FedEx/UPS by weight and box size at time of checkout. The delivery service we use may fluctuate over time depending on cost and our need to deliver a perishable product to you as quickly as possible.  Orders made after Wednesday may be scheduled for shipment on the following Monday in order to preserve freshness.

Shipping options only reflect the time the package will take to get there once it has been taken from our facility. Processing and handling times are separate from shipping time.

We will process and ship your order as quickly as possible except for orders meant to be delivered on or around specific holidays. 

We reserve the right to make decisions in regards to shipping date in order to ensure you are receiving the best product possible. Factors that contribute to different shipping dates include: weather, product availability, and holidays, amongst other factors that are out of our control. 

Due to the delicate nature of certain products, consistently warm climates may require faster shipping services. This is to ensure that your products arrive in excellent condition. 

“Free Shipping” items ship at no cost. Limited to continental US.

Store pick up is available for our German Village location.
