Our Story
Our journey began decades ago when our founder, Tim Dick, embarked on a quest to perfect the art of creating the finest gourmet chocolate candy and homemade fudge. Our recipes and cooking techniques are based on old fashion German and Belgian chocolatiers who established some of the most prestigious fudge kitchens and chocolate shops in Europe. This ensures every bite of our handcrafted fudge candy and chocolates is an experience rich in tradition and authenticity.

We believe that luxurious taste starts with premium ingredients. That's why we source only the finest roasted pecans, walnuts, almonds, creamy caramel, smooth peanut butter, and fluffy marshmallows, perfectly complemented by the richness of real Belgian chocolate. Belgian chocolate is renowned for its ultra-fine texture, achieved through finely ground cocoa beans that are meticulously selected for their quality and origin. A high percentage of cocoa and the 100% cocoa butter contribute to its luxurious taste, making Belgian chocolate the gold standard of chocolate. Our fudge is meticulously handcrafted through an old fashion process, cooked slowly in copper kettles and finished on marble tables which makes the creamy and smooth flavor last longer than normal fudge.
